Turning Interest into Action
Here at VIBY FOUNDATION, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2020, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Organisation à but non lucratif upon: support, empowerment and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. VIBY FOUNDATION emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

MEET OUR TEAM
VANESSA ISABELLE BANZA YATHA
Founder & President/CEO
Vanessa Isabelle Banza Yatha is the President of VIBY FOUDATION. She is in the highest position within the organization and, in some cases, takes on the title of Chief Executive Officer as well. The President/CEO is also the founder and owner of VIBY FOUNDATION.
In addition, Vanessa Isabelle Banza Yatha creates, communicates and implements the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction.
PAGUY BANZA
Vice President
As VIBY FOUNDATION need a strong management team, Paguy Banza does not only motivate the employees but also lead them to success through the organization’s ebbs and flows. Paguy Banza oversee internal staff and operations to ensure the organization meets all of its necessary targets. The vice president Paguy Banza plays a pivotal role in helping the organization remain successful.
KEVIN TSHIKUNA
Director
Words cannot describe the role that Kevin Tshikuna has had in ensuring that VIBY FOUNDATION always stays on track. Their continued communication with beneficiaries means that Kevin Tshikuna is our greatest asset in listening to the pressing needs of grantees.

An invaluable part of the VIBY FOUNDATION staff and leadership, Kevin Banza has witnessed the continued evolution of our programs from that start. With extensive experience in both the non-profit and private sectors, Kevin Banza offers a unique skill-set that ensures undeniable impact.

HOW MUCH OF MY DONATION DIRECTLY SUPPORTS THE CAUSE?
VIBY FOUNDATION is proud that an average of 90 cents of every dollar we spend is invested in delivering care and comfort to those in need. Giving 90% of the money you receive to the cause is exceptional. So, on average, about 90 percent of the funds raised go to the charity, and 10 percent go to the fundraisers for the fonctionnement of the Foundation.
CAN I ORGANIZE A FUNDRAISING EVENT AT MY HOME?
The great thing about personal fundraising is that anyone can organize a fundraising event at home to raise money for someone in need. People all over the world are creating fundraising pages to help cover tuition, medical expenses, and so much more. Please contact our team for more information on how to plan a fundraising at home.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO VOLUNTEER?
To be a volunteer you must be at least 14 years old. Be able to commit to the length of the program. Be willing to share your enthusiasm for recreational activities with others. If you are younger than 14, you will require a parent, or guardian, to volunteer with you.
